MAU is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Douglasville, GA. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the recruiting process by screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating orientations, sourcing qualified talent, and providing administrative support to help match quality candidates with job opportunities. This is a direct-hire position.

Essential Functions
-
Perform human resources and recruiting tasks related to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and new employee orientation

Screen candidates, schedule appointments, and respond to applicant inquiries regarding open positions

Interview candidates for transactional and project accounts

Recruit qualified candidates through online sourcing channels, including the MAU website, Indeed, and other job boards

Schedule candidate interviews, pre-screening assessments, client interviews, and orientations
-
Provide orientation information and other required information to new employees
-
Complete background checks, education verifications, and drug-testing processes
-
Manage recruitment communications and provide accurate information regarding job openings and candidate status

Coordinate orientation activities and communicate candidate status to Staffing Specialists following orientation

Review work orders regularly and collaborate with Staffing Specialists and the Operations Manager to meet staffing goals

Provide administrative support to recruiting and employment functions, including maintaining and processing documentation and employment records
-
Maintain employment records and conduct audits in coordination with recruiting leadership
-
Conduct monthly branch audits and maintain appropriate inventory of client-required shirts, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other materials
-
Support receptionist duties, including signing in candidates and assisting applicants with applications
-
Participate in branch meetings and support strategies to improve office logistics
