1. What this site is

The McCoy Hiring Tracker (this site) is a free public service operated by Credible Inc. We aggregate publicly listed job postings from the public APIs of applicant tracking systems, normalize them, and present daily summary statistics and a directory of currently-open roles. The tracker is for journalists, researchers, candidates, and the general public.

2. Accuracy is best-effort

Data is provided "as is." We work to be accurate but make no warranty of completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. The dataset reflects what was visible on each company's public ATS endpoint at crawl time; gaps and lag exist. See our methodology for what we measure and what we don't.

3. Attribution and linking

Job titles, locations, and short factual descriptors are presented for the purpose of reporting on hiring activity. Each posting links directly to the source company's career page; we do not host application flows. You are free to cite and link to pages on this site; a credit such as "McCoy Hiring Tracker" with a link back is appreciated.

4. Company removal requests

Any company tracked here may request partial or complete removal of its data via our takedown page or by emailing dmca@mccoy.io. We process verified requests within 48 hours.

5. Acceptable use

You may browse, share, screenshot, and cite this site freely. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish the underlying dataset in bulk without permission, run automated tooling that imposes disproportionate load on this service, or use the site to impersonate any tracked company.

6. No employment relationship

The McCoy Hiring Tracker is not a job board and is not affiliated with any tracked company. Listing a posting here does not constitute endorsement or an offer of employment. All applications are handled by the listing company under their own terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credible Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site, including any hiring decisions made in reliance on the data presented.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
