Summary
Brown Rudnick is seeking a highly qualified mid-level (3rd – 5th year) corporate associate to join our U.S. Corporate practice group in our New York or Boston offices. The ideal candidate has strong experience advising corporate clients and working across a diverse set of stakeholders, including private equity investors, portfolio companies, hedge funds, and public and private companies. The candidate must possess demonstrated expertise in handling complex transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and venture capital investments, supported by a solid foundation in corporate governance and securities matters.
Brown Rudnick’s U.S. Corporate practice advises a diverse client base—from early-stage companies to public corporations, as well as investors and financial institutions—on complex transactional and governance matters. The team works across a broad range of sectors, including technology and life sciences, providing integrated counsel on capital markets, M&A, and general corporate matters. Known for its collaborative culture, the practice offers associates the opportunity to take on substantive responsibility early, work directly with experienced partners, and develop a well-rounded corporate skillset across a broad range of industries and transactions. Our goal is to have the successful candidate assume responsibility for and grow important client relationships and become a key member of our U.S. Corporate practice group. The group’s rapidly growing client base offers a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to have an immediate impact and assume high-level responsibility.
Qualifications
• Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of relevant law firm experience with a strong focus on corporate transactions.
• Have outstanding academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• J.D. required and must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of your primary office.

Salary range based on experience level is in the range of $250,000 - $325,000.
Associates are eligible for a substantial annual bonus that scales with experience and performance. We also offer additional high-performance bonus tiers for attorneys who deliver exceptional results and production. Our structure is designed to provide meaningful opportunities for increased and highly competitive compensation.
