Brown Rudnick seeks a talented 3rd to 5th year associate to join the Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring group in New York. The ideal candidate will have restructuring experience including Chapter 11 cases, representing debtors and creditors in all areas of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. Candidates should be capable of handling and running multiple significant matters at once and should be able to work collaboratively within a team.
Our Dispute Resolution & Restructuring Department represents a diverse range of clients across high-stakes, complex matters in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The team includes high-performing, creative, and experienced lawyers with deep expertise in Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, catastrophic corporate loss, mass tort, liquidations, fixed charge and administrative receiverships, restructured credits and securitizations, security enforcement actions, corporate investigations, and a wide array of insolvency-related litigation. This role offers a unique opportunity for accelerated professional growth through hands-on experience and close collaboration with senior members of the team. Qualifications
Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comparable law firm experience required; clerkship experience preferred.
J.D. required and must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Salary range based on experience level and location is estimated to be in the range of $250,000 - $325,000.
