Who We Seek
We are seeking a litigation attorney to join our commercial litigation practice. The ideal candidate would have at least 3-5 years of litigation experience at a top law firm, with clerkship experience a plus. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of academic achievement, excellent interpersonal skills, diverse perspectives, and a high level of maturity.
Hiring Considerations
- Handle high-profile matters across a broad range of commercial litigation matters and industries.
- Represent clients in federal and state trial-level and appellate courts, before administrative tribunals, and in arbitrations, mediations, and other forms of dispute resolution.
- Candidates must have strong research, writing, and analytical skills and the ability to take ownership of their matters and to provide immediate value to their case teams.
- Deposition and oral argument experience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate and/or employee. The hiring salary range for this position is between $240,000 and $295,000. Our compensation package also includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program.
