Who We Seek
The ideal candidate would have 5-9 years of real estate experience at a large law firm or in a boutique real estate practice.
Hiring Considerations
Candidates should have substantial experience in handling complex commercial real estate transactions in a strong practice group. If available, please provide a “representative transactions” list.
Candidates may have experience that is focused on a particular component of the commercial real estate industry (e.g., industrial, retail, multi-family, etc.), or have worked on transactions involving a variety of asset types.
Candidates should have strong substantive skills in real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and leasing. Other skills and experience (e.g., development and construction, asset management and joint venture work) are a plus.
Candidates should be team-oriented and motivated to thrive within our practice group and firm.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate and/or employee. The hiring salary range for this position is between $270,000 and $360,000. Our compensation package also includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program.
