Position Overview
We are seeking an Onsite Bilingual Account Manager to work onsite at one of our high-volume food manufacturing clients. As an Onsite Account Manaer for WSI, you will build strong relationships with client leadership and serve as an integrated arm of their HR team. In this role, you will manage full-lifecycle recruitment, execute daily onboarding, conduct plant tours, and act as the primary liaison between field employees and the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment, phone screenings, in-person interviews, drug screens, and background checks.
• Conduct comprehensive new-hire orientations and lead plant walkthroughs for prospective applicants.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with HR contacts, floor supervisors, and plant management.
• Present quarterly performance reports using data, charts, and written analyses.
• Provide job coaching, support, and constructive feedback to employees to drive retention.
• Audit and manage weekly payroll using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in English and either Haitian Creole, Swahili, or Spanish.
• Proven track record of steady employment with success in building professional client relationships.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent client needs outside standard business hours and participate in a weekend on-call rotation.
• 100% onsite availability in Romeoville, IL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior account management or recruiting experience in high-volume staffing, manufacturing, or food processing environments.
