Thompson Hine LLP is seeking an Associate to join its Commercial & Public Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of general commercial finance transactional experience. The successful candidate will be involved in complex commercial finance matters, on both borrower-side and lender-side deals. Outstanding academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and excellent drafting, client relations and negotiation skills are required.
