Transportation Associate

The Washington, D.C. office of Thompson Hine LLP seeks an associate to join its Transportation practice group. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in transportation law.  Experience with STB, NHTSA, FMC, and/or FMCSA regulation and matters is preferred, but not required.  This role will involve regulatory, commercial, litigation, and policy work.  An outstanding academic record, superb research and drafting skills, and strong analytical ability are required. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors.  The anticipated salary range for this position is $210,000-$240,000.
