Senior Discovery Attorney

We are seeking a Senior Discovery Attorney to join our Business Litigation team in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience spanning all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).

Candidates should have a strong background in ESI identification, including conducting custodian interviews and data mapping exercises. Experience coordinating forensically sound preservation and collection efforts with digital forensic vendors and client IT personnel is required. The candidate must also understand proper data processing and culling procedures.
Hands-on experience managing both linear and technology-assisted review (TAR) projects within Relativity is essential, including overseeing review teams and quality control through production. Experience negotiating and drafting ESI protocols and production specifications is highly desirable. Candidate must be admitted, active, and in good standing in Ohio.

The estimated annual salary range for this position in Ohio is $105,000 - $115,000.  Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate.
