Business Associate - West Palm Beach

Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join its Business practice in the West Palm Beach office.

Taft is seeking a highly motivated associate with 3+ years of corporate law experience to join our growing Business & Finance practice in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have experience working both collaboratively and independently in managing components of complex transactions and possess substantive experience in a broad range of corporate matters, including entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and private placements. Candidates should have a strong academic background, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and commitment to providing practical, business-oriented legal counsel to clients.
