Construction Associate - Minneapolis

Taft is looking for a team-oriented associate to join our Construction group in the Minneapolis office.

Taft is seeking an Associate to work with our construction transaction and litigation attorneys. The Associate should have at least 2-4 years of construction transactional and/or litigation experience, which could include: contract drafting and negotiations, disputes (mediation, arbitration , and/or litigation) and preparation of lien documents. The ideal candidate will have construction transaction experience, excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, and strong analytical and communication skills. The Associate should be licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
