Wilmington - M&A Entry Level Associate

The Wilmington M&A/Corporate Group is seeking an associate to join in Fall 2027  (Class of 2027) with an interest in mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as general corporate and alternative entity law matters.

The M&A/Corporate Group of Skadden represents and advises clients in a wide variety of transactional and other corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings. We also advise clients and other lawyers in the firm on Delaware law aspects of transactions, fiduciary duties, and corporate governance matters, as well as alternative entity law, focusing on Delaware limited liability companies and limited partnerships.
