Toronto - Capital Markets Junior to Mid-Level Associates

The Capital Markets team in the Toronto office is seeking outstanding junior to mid-level associates (i.e., class of 2024-2022) with Capital Markets experience, who are New York barred, as well as big law peer firm trained.  Ideal candidate will have experience in the U.S. who wants to ultimately move to Toronto.  The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $235,000 to $310,000 annually.  Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
