Roetzel & Andress is pleased to present a new opportunity for an experienced, organized, and proactive Records Operations Supervisor to join our team. This position provides day-to-day operational leadership for the Firm's Records Department while helping support the continued evolution of our records management program.

Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Records Department workflow and operations.
- Guide, train, and support Records personnel.
- Monitor workloads and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
- Maintain quality standards for file maintenance, scanning, retrieval, storage, and destruction.
- Support records procedures, workflow improvements, and technology initiatives.
- Assist with records inventories, retention projects, and information governance initiatives.
- Apply attorney departure, file transfer, and records transition procedures.
- Partner with leadership to promote accountability and operational excellence.
- Advise attorneys, legal assistants, and administrative staff on records matters.
Skills, Qualifications & Educational Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in legal records, information governance, or a comparable environment.
- Experience coordinating workflows, projects, or personnel in a legal records setting.
- Knowledge of legal records management, retention practices, and confidentiality requirements.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with document management systems, preferably iManage or NetDocuments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and other business technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, administrative professionals, and firm leadership.
- Ability to support change, implement processes, and promote technology adoption.
- Experience with records inventories, off-site storage, and paper-lite initiatives preferred.
