Job Description
Roetzel & Andress invites a skilled Commercial Finance attorney to join our vibrant team! This is a unique chance to be part of a robust Chicago-based team with exposure to high-value deals and complex legal structures for a client base that includes national private equity firms and banks in transactions across the United States.

The starting salary range for this position is $225,000 and $350,000. - Proven experience in performing commercial due diligence for Lenders.
- Strong emphasis on technical expertise and client service.
- Member in good standing and licensed in Illinois.
