MAU is hiring a Recruiting Interviewer in Greenville, SC. As a Recruiting Interviewer, you will screen, interview, and assess job applicants to match qualified candidates with client staffing needs while supporting recruitment, interview scheduling, new-hire orientations, and administrative operations. This is a full-time, direct-hire position.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED
-
1–3 years of experience in customer service or a professional work environment

Experience working directly with the public

Demonstrated professionalism in a workplace setting
Preferred Education and Experience

Experience in the staffing industry or manufacturing human resources (HR)

HR or staffing industry certifications

Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field

Essential Functions
-
Screen and prequalify job applicants using staffing software and applicant tracking systems to determine eligibility for employment
-
Conduct timely, behavioral-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for client positions

Recruit and source qualified candidates through online job boards, the MAU website, Indeed, and marketing-generated leads
-
Schedule and coordinate applicant interviews, pre-employment assessments, client interviews, and new hire orientations

Administer candidate skills assessments and review results with Staffing Specialists

Maintain accurate applicant records, interview results, and candidate information within recruiting software and company databases
-
Research applicants' previous employment with clients and document findings to support hiring decisions
-
Communicate MAU hiring guidelines, eligibility requirements, and employment policies to applicants
-
Maintain an organized daily interview schedule and ensure timely follow-up with candidates
-
Respond to applicant inquiries, return phone calls, and provide professional customer service throughout the hiring process

Develop and maintain knowledge of client job descriptions, hiring requirements, and workforce needs
-
Collaborate with Staffing Specialists to identify qualified candidates and develop candidate lists for open job orders
-
Support administrative operations, including receptionist coverage, answering phones, processing applicants, and performing data entry
-
Communicate recruiting updates, candidate feedback, and operational challenges to team members
-
Support new hire onboarding activities and orientation coordination
-
Participate in MAU's 5S workplace organization program, when applicable
-
Complete required safety training and participate in annual branch safety initiatives
-
Maintain knowledge of applicable state and federal employment regulations to support compliant recruiting and hiring practices
Work Environment and Physical Demands
-
Work primarily in a professional office environment using computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and other standard office equipment.

Occasionally visit client locations to interact with MAU Associates in administrative and manufacturing environments

Potential exposure to industrial manufacturing equipment, powered industrial vehicles, and production operations during client site visits

Work environments may include non-temperature-controlled facilities and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) cleanrooms
-
This is an on-site position based in Greenville, SC, and is not eligible for fully remote work
