In-house strategic & business-oriented consultant to design, implement and execute multi-functional initiatives to guarantee growth sustainability while mitigating any potential impact to the business, focused on Mexico’s Cardiometabolic (CMH) and High-Specialty Business Units.
Strong analytic and structured profile that can connect with business units to design and implement business cases that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and P&L optimization, as well as identify and mitigate potential risks to prevent business impacts. This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills to interpret complex data and a deep market understanding to validate and complement this analysis, ensuring proposed solutions and initiatives are robust and effective.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, hot-spots, and opportunities for improvement within business units and multi-functional teams across the organization.
- Design, propose & implement strong business cases, based on data analytics and market knowledge connection, to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Close collaboration with business unit leaders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations aligned with corporate objectives. Guaranteeing strong initiatives to potentialize growth sustainability and risk mitigation plans, enhancing market competitiveness, while generating added-value for the company.
- In collaboration with Sales Teams, this position is responsible for product deployments based on market opportunities analysis, growth sustainability and risk mitigation plans, enhancing market competitiveness.
- Effectively communicate findings, key business insights, analysis, and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and objectives.
- Continuous connection with other Sales Ops & Strategy team members from around the world to maintain transformation and continuous improvement, best-practices adoption across México.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or advanced studies in Strategy or Finance are preferred.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in strategic consulting roles, Data & Analytics or Business Transformation
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, market trend interpretation, and financial modeling.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the pharmaceutical sector (desired CMH and High-Specialty), including market trends, competitors, and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Business Acumen: Strong capability to think strategically and operationally, with a focus on value creation and achieving business objectives.
- Strong indirect influence skills to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams across CMH and High-Specialty
