Key Responsibilities:
- Build strategic partnerships and relationships with key hospitals, distributors, and corporate health providers in order to identify needs, trends and opportunities for new cooperation
- Develop the B2B market, identifying opportunities for tailored solutions and new product launches
- Lead negotiations to secure contracts and long-term agreements with key clients
- Design and execute B2B sales plans, integrated with retail strategies
- Provide market insights to guide corporate sales and marketing decisions
- Build and establish relationships with key hospitals in order to identify needs, trends and opportunities for new cooperation
- Support promotional and marketing activities and cooperates with Medical representatives Teams and Supply Chain Team to ensure Lilly’s product are appropriately covered by hospital tenders
- Define and develop relationships with distributors to achieve maximum business efficiency and ensure product availability
- Monitor tender market for Lilly’s products and facilitate distributors’ preparation and participation in tenders
- Support Medical Representatives with commercial activities in hospitals
- Conduct business and market analysis for Lilly’s products
- Actively search for and facilitate engagement with new customers
- Support pricing activities
- Support launch of new products on the market
- Participate in development and implementation of strategic business plans
- Represent company values in daily work with customers, act in accordance with Lilly policies and procedures (Red Book, Ethical interaction wit customers), industry code (ARPIM) and local laws

Essential Competencies:

Knowledge, Skills to perform the job:
- University degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, key account management, market access, business development, or a related commercial healthcare role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, payer/customer segments, and market dynamics.
- Ability to analyze and interpret clinical, scientific, and health outcomes data.
- Strong business development, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Demonstrated learning agility, with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and adapt to changing business needs and market environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance, with adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
