Manager, Professional Services
HiBob is a modern People Platform. We're a fast-scaling tech business with a global customer base and a Professional Services team that sits at the centre of how customers actually get value from the product. APJ is a growing part of that story, and we need the right leader to match the pace.
We're looking for an experienced Professional Services Manager to provide coaching and act as a strategic mirror for an experienced team of Implementation Managers delivering multiple concurrent SaaS implementations across HiBob's expanding APJ customer base.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a scaling environment. It suits someone who enjoys improving delivery operations, coaching teams, managing escalations, and driving strong customer outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS business.

Building a high-performing, accountable implementation team
Improving delivery consistency, customer outcomes, and time-to-value
Bringing structure, prioritisation, and operational discipline to a scaling environment
Coaching and developing Implementation Managers into high-performing SaaS delivery professionals
Acting as a trusted escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders
Helping shape how Professional Services operates as HiBob continues to grow across APJ and globally
About you
You're an operationally focused SaaS Professional Services leader who enjoys building high-performing implementation teams and improving delivery processes at scale.
You'll likely have experience:
Developing and supporting SaaS implementation, onboarding, or Professional Services teams
Managing utilisation, forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery KPIs
Running multiple concurrent SaaS implementations in a fast-paced environment
Coaching and developing teams, including performance management
Acting as a senior escalation point for customer delivery issues
Improving processes and introducing structure within scaling teams
Partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering
HR platform or HR tech implementation background is a strong advantage given the complexity of the product and ramp time involved.
This role suits candidates with SaaS onboarding, implementation, or Professional Services leadership experience rather than pure PMO, support, or managed services backgrounds.
What you'll do
Develop, coach, and support a team of four Implementation Managers
Own delivery quality, operational performance, and customer outcomes across the team portfolio
Support complex customer implementations and escalations where needed
Drive operational excellence across utilisation, forecasting, delivery governance, and time-to-value
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
Improve processes and ways of working as the Professional Services function continues to scale across APJ
