- Steward and deepen marquee external partnerships, including the firm's relationship with leading academic and delivery partners across both regions
- Represent the firm on advisory bodies, at convenings, and on public platforms, building the firm's standing as a serious and trusted partner on economic opportunity and entrepreneurship
Leading a Team
- Lead and manage a team, building a culture of excellence, ambition, and accountability across markets
- Serve as an advisor to firm leadership on international engagement, connecting social impact to the firm's broader strategy and reputation
Impact, Governance & Execution
- Oversee strategy, budgets, and program delivery across the portfolio, ensuring strong governance and adherence to compliance requirements throughout
- Define and track the measures that matter -- reach, outcomes, and impact -- and bring rigor to how the firm understands and communicates its difference, including the thoughtful application of AI and data tools to strengthen insight and decision-making
- Partner with internal Brand, Communications, and Media teams to convey the portfolio's impact to internal and external audiences, telling compelling stories of the difference these programs make in communities across both regions
