Technical Recruiter

Technical Recruiter: Employ-Temps Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will recruit, interview, and place skilled and technical professionals for a variety of manufacturing and industrial positions. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, evaluating technical experience, and helping clients find the right talent. You will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs, source qualified candidates, and manage the recruiting process from initial contact through placement.   Why Join Employ-Temps? Office Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM   Compensation:  Starting salary of $60,000 per year, based on experience Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities Key Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of skilled and technical job requirements, including certifications, equipment experience, safety standards, and hands-on competencies Partner with internal teams to identify required and preferred qualifications for open positions Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach Review resumes and evaluate technical qualifications and industry experience Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings to assess skills, work history, availability, reliability, and overall fit Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation within the ATS Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure compliance with client-specific requirements Provide a professional and responsive experience for candidates and clients Meet recruiting activity goals and performance expectations Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Valid driver's license Previous experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications through resume review and phone interviews Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications:  Experience recruiting for skilled trades, manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, automation, CNC machining, electrical, or mechanical positions Familiarity with technical recruiting and candidate sourcing strategies Benefits: Paid Time Off after 30 days Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Weekly pay Paid Holidays Casual Fridays Ongoing coaching and professional development Career advancement opportunities To view all current openings, visit: Employ-Temps Careers Employ-Temps Staffing Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
