Recruiter We are seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter to join our team in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone passionate about connecting talented candidates with great opportunities. Collaborate closely with Client Success Specialists and Branch Managers to ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish. Hours Monday - Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Pay $50,000/year, plus weekly performance bonuses Key Responsibilities Know the job specifications, candidates, and requirements for various positions Source resumes from job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates daily Maintain proper documentation of the entire hiring process Assist candidates with online and in-office onboarding Update and store all required information in our ATS system Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with candidates Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Valid Driver's License Work experience in Recruiting, Sales, or Customer Service required Ability to evaluate candidates through resume review and phone screens Ability to handle confidential information Strong listening skills and detail orientation Quick decision-making and time management skills Outstanding customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and targets Solid written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Skills Previous experience with ATS systems Familiarity with staffing industry best practices Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred Prior recruiting, sales, or customer service experience Other Requirements On-site work required Must be able to work during scheduled hours Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off after 30 days Weekly pay – salary wage plus bonuses Team focused on coaching and development Career advancement opportunities Paid Holidays Casual Fridays Apply now to join our team and help us connect talented candidates with great opportunities!
