<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Capture & Proposal Analyst, you will help drive Divergent's most strategic growth opportunities by leading and supporting the development of RFx responses and other customer-facing materials from opportunity through submission. Working closely with Engineering, Program Management, Business Development, Finance, Legal, Executive Leadership, and the broader Capture, Proposal, and Analytics Team, you will translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer-facing content while ensuring deliverables remain compliant, coordinated, and on schedule.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Capture & Proposal Analyst is an integral member of Divergent's Capture Team, working alongside Proposal Managers, Solutions Architects, and Business Development/Capture Leads to pursue opportunities from initial customer engagement through contract award. The role independently leads smaller proposals, white papers, and strategic responses while supporting larger, more technically complex pursuits. Through increasing ownership, the Analyst develops expertise across the full capture lifecycle - including opportunity qualification, proposal strategy, technical writing, pricing coordination, and proposal execution - and has an opportunity to lead progressively larger pursuits.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":0,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>
