As Brand&nbsp;Designer, this role drives the development and delivery of compelling visual experiences across the Divergent brand, including digital, print, presentation, and experiential platforms. This role will lead the creative process from concept through production, translating complex ideas into visually engaging assets that inspire, educate, and elevate the brand.&nbsp;
The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Communications and Product/Engineering teams, to ensure cohesive and high-quality visual storytelling across all touchpoints.
<h2>The Role</h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead the creative development and execution of design projects across social, presentation, merchandise, and experiential mediums including event presence and facility design&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Partner closely with Communications and Product/Engineering teams to produce compelling branded assets for both internal and external audiences &nbsp;</li>
<li>Own projects from&nbsp;initial&nbsp;concept through final execution, ensuring creative excellence and production accuracy&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop original concepts based on stakeholder direction, research, and creative exploration&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and evolve the visual identity and aesthetic standards of the brand across all media&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from quick-turn design requests to large-scale print-ready campaigns and presentations&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Produce layouts, graphics, iconography, motion assets, and visual systems that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure visual quality assurance standards for file preparation, image sizing, color accuracy, formatting, and final deliverables&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the creation of executive-level presentations in PowerPoint&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Organize and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;design assets, templates, and production files for efficient team collaboration</li>

<h2>Basic Qualifications</h2>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>4+ years of professional experience in design or related field&nbsp;</li>

<li>Knowledge of print production processes, printer specifications,&nbsp;and&nbsp;color management&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with image retouching, manipulation, color correction, and production optimization&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to create 2D assets, iconography, illustrations, and branded visual systems&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative design solutions&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
