Cohesity is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team to drive the next phase of growth for our Cloud Protection and Security portfolio, with a special focus on AI‑powered experiences and automation. In this role, you will work closely with external and internal stakeholders to build and deliver capabilities that expand Cohesity’s strategic position, market and customer reach in the Cloud.
At Cohesity, product management plays a central role in driving product development by working in close collaboration with our engineering and go-to-market teams. Our team works across all levels of the organization, engaging with executive partners, directly with customers across the globe, and interacting heavily with our user experience and AI/ML teams. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Core product management
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for part of our Cloud portfolio
Prioritize and manage roadmap backlogs and release plans making tradeoffs as needed
Collaborate with engineering, UX/design, finance, legal, and go-to-market teams to drive cross-functional product success
Engage with enterprise customers and Field teams to validate product direction and prioritize features for inclusion in products
Be the voice of the product and participate in go-to-market activities including pricing, marketing, enablement, etc.
Define and track product metrics to measure success, adoption, engagement
Engage in partner conversations with Cloud vendors for technical conversations, joint GTM plans, etc.
Train internal stakeholders on new product features and provide support to the field and customers.
AI- and data-focused responsibilities
Own the roadmap for AI‑powered capabilities in your area
Define and instrument evaluation frameworks for AI features
Partner with design to create AI-first user experiences
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
5 Years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience and a Master’s Degree.
Product Management or Engineering experience in building and scaling as-a Service or Cloud products, ideally in data, security, or infrastructure domains.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, GCP) including building products and services on public cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build quantitative data models and forecasts, perform product and market comparisons
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and solve complex problems with available resources
Hands‑on product experience with AI‑ or ML‑powered features
Bonus: experience in security, cyber resilience, data protection, or observability where ML/AI is used for detection, triage, and automated remediation.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
