Job Description
The Houston, TX office of Chamberlain Hrdlicka seeks an International Tax Senior Associate or Counsel with 7+ years of experience to join its International Tax Practice. Prior experience in a law firm or accounting firm with experience planning inbound and outbound cross-border transactions across a diverse range of industries is ideal. A degree in accounting, CPA license, or LL.M. in Tax is strongly preferred, but not required. Candidate must have excellent academic and employment credentials. Successful candidate must have strong research, analysis and writing skills, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted in Texas. Relocation assistance is offered for this position.
