Bankruptcy Associate - North Carolina or South Carolina (#839)

The Raleigh office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with bankruptcy, workout, and/or relevant commercial litigation experience to join its Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group. The position involves representing lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in a variety of commercial loan restructuring and insolvency matters with default resolutions, collections, loan workouts, and bankruptcy-related matters in federal and state court. Knowledge of CMBS (including special servicing), commercial lending, real estate, maritime, and/or energy law are a plus. This is a terrific opportunity to gain sophisticated hands-on experience as part of a multi-office team of collaborative and goal-oriented professionals in a thriving commercial loan restructuring and workout practice with significant client contact.
