Overview
We’re seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to be a part of the Centralized Onboarding (COB) Team. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. In this role, you will be expected to manage the complete onboarding process for client pre-identified/pay rolled employees ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations. Please note that this role requires employees to work on Pacific Time while operating out of our Columbus, OH office on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
On any given day, as an Onboarding Coordinator you will:
- Facilitate associate onboarding activities including:
- Required federal/state mandated documents such as Form I-9, Form W-4, State specific Tax Forms
- Client specifics documents
- Pre-employment screenings and other onboarding tasks as needed
- Execute daily follow-ups to associates
- Enter/update associate information into Atriums HRIS and timekeeping systems
- Maintain/update Excel and/or Google spreadsheets to organize and track onboarding progress
Role consists of 100% account administration
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of work experience
- Communication: can clearly articulate how to complete onboarding tasks and can effectively liaison with associates
- Empathy: understand how difficult the onboarding process can be and steps into the associate’s shoes and show you care
- Curiosity: understand the associate with effective questioning and listening. You are genuinely interested in helping
- Teacher: love sharing insight and knowledge and are patient and thoughtful when educating
- Delight: constantly think about making associate happy and always go the extra mile
- Problem Solver: adept at spotting issues and quickly suggest solutions
- Diligence: thorough, meticulous, and have astonishing attention to detail
- Positivity: warm, upbeat, and energizing and will brighten anyone’s day
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work Pacific Standard Hours (PST)
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to commute to our Westerville, OH office on a hybrid schedule.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience.

COMPENSATION
$20.00 per hour. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
