Position Overview:
Atrium is seeking a high performing, sales driven Science Recruiter to manage a full 360 desk, including recruiting, account management, and new business development. This role sits within a growing Science division with a strong client base and significant upside for individuals who consistently perform. This is a production focused, quota‑carrying role where success is driven by business development, candidate recruitment, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for direct hire, contract, and contract-to-perm Science positions, including sourcing, screening, behavioral‑based interviews, and reference checks
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive Science talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and social platforms
- Grow and manage a target list of prospects through outbound sales efforts, referrals, cross selling, and targeted marketing campaigns
- Develop strong client relationships through onsite visits, client meetings, and approved business development activities
- Prepare candidates thoroughly for interviews and conduct post interview debriefs
- Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records, notes, and summaries
- Stay current on Science industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitive market conditions.
Qualifications
- 0–4 years of experience
- Recent graduates or entry-level professionals with a science background preferred
- Strong sales and relationship-building mindset with the ability to develop business, engage talent, and build credibility with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Highly motivated, resilient, and coachable professional who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of outcomes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with experience developing solutions, proposals, and strategies to meet business needs
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to commute to and work onsite in our Holmdel, NJ office on a hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

- Bachelor’s degree required (Business preferred)

COMPENSATION
This role offers a base salary between $55,000-$60,000, plus uncapped commission, providing the opportunity for unlimited earning potential.
