Payroll Accountant

We're looking for an experienced payroll accountant to join our Payroll team. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations while partnering closely with HR, Finance, managers, and employees. In your day-to-day, you will:  
Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process  

Own all payroll-related aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, and final settlements  

Work extensively with the Hilan payroll system  

Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations  

Provide professional support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries

4+ years of experience as a payroll accountant  

Significant hands-on experience working with the Hilan payroll system (required)  

Proven experience managing the payroll process end-to-end  

High level of English (written and spoken)  

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel  

Knowledge of Israeli labor laws and pension regulations  

Relevant certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent – an advantage  

Strong understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding and final settlements
