Dallas Finance & Lending Associate

Winstead PC is seeking a 1 -3 year associate for a position with our Finance and Lending group in Dallas. This attorney will primarily work representing lenders on various types of commercial financings in multiple industries and geographies. This position is intended to be a long-term position, in a collaborative and interactive practice, with robust mentorship and a clear path toward advancement in the firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Finance and Lending Experience : Experience representing institutional and non-traditional lenders in connection with the documentation of their financing transactions.

• Loan Experience: Experience working with syndicated credit facilities, participated credits, equipment loans, working capital loans, energy loans and asset-based loans helpful.

• Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.

• Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
