Finance Attorney

Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP is seeking an ambitious and highly qualified associate with 5 or more years of sophisticated finance experience to join our Cincinnati, Cleveland or Columbus offices.

The candidate will be responsible for negotiating and managing complex finance transactions, training, mentoring, and monitoring junior attorneys, and developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. This is a client-facing role that involves advising both lenders and borrowers in the structuring, documentation and negotiation of a broad array of bilateral and syndicated financing transactions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collegial team environment and be interested in contributing to the long-term succession and growth of our national finance practice.

This is a partnership-track position and offers an excellent compensation package, including relocation benefits.

Vorys’ salary scale for on-track associates in this market begins at $175,000.00, and increases on a non-lock-step basis according to individual experience and performance.
