Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and evaluate ML models under guidance of senior engineers
- Implement data pipelines for model training and inference
- Work on feature engineering and model experimentation
- Support deployment and monitoring of ML models
- Perform model performance analysis and documentation
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related)
- 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience
- Knowledge of Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Knowledge of Data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Knowledge of SQL and data handling (Pandas, NumPy)
- Knowledge of Basic MLOps exposure (model versioning, monitoring is a plus)
- Solid understanding of ML fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning)
- Solid academic or practical foundation in machine learning
- Proven problem-solving and learning mindset
