Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support RPA production environments and automated processes
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bot failures, system exceptions, and process issues
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive solutions
• Execute bot restarts, recovery procedures, and production deployments
• Analyze logs, process performance metrics, and exception reports
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and reconciliations using Excel
• Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and RPA developers to resolve issues
• Support RPA upgrades, patching activities, and environment maintenance
• Maintain operational documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge articles
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards
• Identify automation improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in RPA Support
• 3+ years of experience in Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath
• 3+ years of experience in SQL, excel and Power BI
• Hands-on experience with RPA production support and monitoring
• Solid knowledge of RPA lifecycle, control room activities, and bot management
• Understanding of Windows/Linux environments, scheduling tools, and application integrations
• Need to work in 5:45 PM shift

Preferred Qualifications:

• Blue Prism Developer or Professional Developer Certification
• Experience with Control Room management and Production Support
• Exposure to Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath
• Knowledge of Power BI reporting
• Familiarity with healthcare or financial services domain
