UiPath is standing up a platform-wide guardrails function to govern autonomous AI agents, signaling that its bet has shifted from automating tasks to controlling what agents are allowed to do with data and decisions.
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your mission
The Guardrails service empowers organizations to confidently deploy autonomous agents by embedding protection mechanisms that govern agent behavior, data access, and decision boundaries. Through policy enforcement, monitoring, and adaptive controls, we help safeguard users and systems while maintaining the agility and intelligence that make agentic automation transformative.
Our mission extends beyond UiPath Agents — we're evolving Guardrails into a scalable, platform-wide capability that brings consistent governance and protection across the broader UiPath ecosystem. By combining innovation, security, and user trust, we enable customers to explore the full potential of automation with confidence and control
