RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Develop robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Utilize multiple tools and approaches to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and source top talent&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that&nbsp;frequently&nbsp;changes&nbsp;</li>
<li>Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>0-2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems&nbsp;i.e.&nbsp;Greenhouse)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow&nbsp;</li>
<li>Working knowledge of engineering skillsets such as Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and other common engineering skillsets&nbsp;</li>

Your actual level and base salary will be&nbsp;determined&nbsp;on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills,&nbsp;education&nbsp;and experience.&nbsp;
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Work Location:&nbsp;while we&nbsp;observe&nbsp;a hybrid work environment, you will need to be onsite as the business needs require. On an average week, you can expect to spend at least 4 days per week in office at our&nbsp;GravityWorks&nbsp;factory in Centennial, CO.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Travel:&nbsp;occasional travel to our other office locations and for hiring events.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work environment—the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.</li>
<li>Physical demands—the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.</li>
