As a&nbsp;Technical Recruiter,&nbsp;you'll&nbsp;have a direct hand in building the teams that make this possible. You will help shape a high-growth, high-impact organization by hiring the people engineering the future of space security.&nbsp;

In this role, you will partner with technical leaders, support the full recruiting lifecycle, and contribute to processes that scale. This role&nbsp;is located in&nbsp;our&nbsp;Centennial, CO&nbsp;office.&nbsp;
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Support full-cycle recruiting with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership, clear and proactive communication, and consistent candidate advocacy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Source and engage talent across technical disciplines with a primary emphasis on&nbsp;space vehicle hardware roles, including&nbsp;but not limited to&nbsp;mechanical, propulsion, electrical, and systems engineering.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from&nbsp;initial&nbsp;outreach through offer acceptance, following defined processes and escalating candidate concerns as&nbsp;appropriate.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Build and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;pipelines of active and passive talent to support near-term and future hiring needs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain&nbsp;accurate, up-to-date ATS data and support process excellence by meeting established SLAs without compromising quality.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;hiring progress updates to hiring&nbsp;teams&nbsp;and team leads.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teammates in Finance, Security, and People.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Represent True Anomaly professionally at career fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>2–5 years of recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to full-cycle or high-volume technical hiring.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience sourcing and screening&nbsp;hardware&nbsp;engineering talent across job families such as&nbsp;mechanical, propulsion, electrical, and systems engineering.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;quality and meeting deadlines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently on defined tasks while proactively communicating priorities, blockers, and status updates.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to&nbsp;represent&nbsp;ideas clearly in both candidate-facing and internal contexts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Organized and dependable, with a bias for action in a fast-paced, evolving environment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Receptive to feedback and coaching; brings solution ideas when&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;gaps or process challenges.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficiency&nbsp;with Microsoft Office Suite.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>Experience recruiting aerospace-specific&nbsp;hardware&nbsp;talent,&nbsp;such as mechanical, propulsion, electrical, or systems engineering for spacecrafts, rockets, interceptors, space stations,&nbsp;or related&nbsp;space systems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Background in a high-growth technology startup, or aerospace, defense, or national security environment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Familiarity hiring DoD-cleared talent (Secret or Top Secret).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prior experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or&nbsp;ClearanceJobs.&nbsp;</li>

Your actual level and base salary will be&nbsp;determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.&nbsp;
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Work Location:&nbsp;while we&nbsp;observe&nbsp;a hybrid work environment, you will need to be onsite as the business needs require. On an average week, you can expect to spend at least 4 days per week in office at our&nbsp;GravityWorks&nbsp;factory in Centennial, CO.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Travel:&nbsp;occasional travel to our other office locations and for hiring events.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work environment:&nbsp;standard office, working at a desk or in a production factory.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Physical demands:&nbsp;may include frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting or carrying items up to 20lbs.&nbsp;</li>
