<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Own the technical direction and architecture for spacecraft electrical power systems, including solar arrays, batteries, power distribution units, and protection circuitry across multiple programs</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Lead trade studies and architecture definition that balance system performance, technical risk, cost, schedule, and&nbsp;SWaP&nbsp;constraints</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Drive the design, analysis, and verification of power generation, energy storage, and power distribution hardware from concept through on-orbit operation</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Develop and own power system budgets, peak power tracking strategies, and fault management approaches for diverse mission profiles</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Minimum 12 years of professional experience in electrical power systems design, with significant depth in spacecraft or high-reliability EPS development</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Deep technical&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in solar arrays, battery technologies (Li-ion, LiFePO4), charge control, DC/DC converters, peak power tracking, and power distribution</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Demonstrated experience with spacecraft power modeling, analysis, and fault management</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li>
