Hong Kong - Hong Kong Corporate - Staff Attorney

The Hong Kong Corporate practice is seeking one staff attorney for our Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate should graduate with a legal degree (LL.B.) from a reputable Hong Kong or China University, with native level fluency in Mandarin Chinese and fluency in English would be preferred. Candidate should be Hong Kong qualified and have prior working experience in corporate law, preferably gained at a reputable international or local firm. Candidate should bring strong academic background, work ethic and a desire to learn and train in a top international law firm with a track record of transactional experience, and work ethic along with a desire to be dedicated full time to matters arising in corporate matters.

Qualifications:
Legal degree (LL.B.) from a reputable Hong Kong or China University

Native Mandarin Chinese and fluent English language skills

Prior working experience in corporate law, preferably gained at a reputable international or local firm

Hong Kong qualified

Strong legal research, English writing, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time-management skills
