Patent Agent

Patent agent sought by Rutan & Tucker, LLP, one of California’s largest full-service law firms with an established and expanding intellectual property practice. Applicants should have at least five years of experience representing clients in intellectual property transactions with a background  with any of the following technologies: mechanical, material science, medical devices, computer science, biotechnology and/or artificial intelligence/machine learning and data analytics, and be admitted to practice before the USPTO.

The established applicant will have the opportunity to work closely in a collaborative, low ego environment with our highly experienced team of intellectual property attorneys and paraprofessionals, representing a diverse group of reputable and well-established clients, including local, national, and international corporations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
