Real Estate Associate / Real Estate Finance Associate

Rutan & Tucker, LLP is seeking an attorney with 4 – 8 years of transactional real estate experience to join our large and sophisticated Real Estate / Real Estate Finance group.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with a clear and realistic path to both income and equity partnership.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience leading one or more of the following types of transactions:

The representation of buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate of all asset classes, including land, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties, both within and outside of California.

The representation of borrowers and/or lenders in sophisticated real estate finance transactions secured by a wide range of asset types, including land, retail, industrial, and multifamily propertie

Compensation:

Salary Range: $260,000-$345,000 commensurate with experience, plus bonuses that can exceed top-of-market bonus scales and can result in higher than market all-in compensation!
