Bankruptcy Associate: Robinson Bradshaw, a large, regional full-service corporate law firm with a national practice, is seeking a litigation associate with approximately two years of experience focused on creditors’ rights, insolvency and bankruptcy for its Charlotte office. Experience preferably would include a bankruptcy court clerkship. All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
M&A Associate: Robinson Bradshaw, a large, regional full-service corporate law firm with a national practice, is seeking a corporate associate with four to six years of transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions and similar transactional matters. Preferred candidates would have experience in preparing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts and transactional documents. All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
