Job Description
Richards, Layton & Finger, a leading Delaware law firm with a national corporate trust practice, is seeking a lawyer with 3+ years of experience representing financial institutions that provide trust and agency services in financing transactions. Skill set should include drafting and review of transaction documents, preferably indenture, pooling & servicing, trust, custody and escrow agreements. Experience with securitizations, including RMBS, ABS and CLO a plus. Superior academics and excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Delaware bar admission is not required, but if a successful candidate is not admitted in Delaware, they will be required to take the Delaware bar exam at the first opportunity.
