About the Role:
As a Field Operations Representative at Remitly, you will be the face of our service - meeting customers where they are and guiding them through a full onboarding experience. You will work independently in the field, visiting customers at their workplace and ensuring they are fully set up to use our financial services.
You Will:
Travel daily to meet customers at their workplace or agreed locations
Guide customers through the full onboarding process
Provide clear and patient explanations to ensure customers understand and actively use our services
Work independently while staying in close coordination with the back office and internal teams
Represent Remitly's values and deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
You Have:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Thai - Mandatory
Good level of English for internal communication - Mandatory
Additional languages - Advantage
Valid driver's license - Mandatory
Flexibility in working hours when needed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your day in the field
Experience in field work or customer-facing roles - Advantage
Hebrew - Advantage
