Protective Operations is a trusted business partner dedicated to protecting our people, securing our facilities, managing risk, and enabling the safe, secure, and uninterrupted execution of Relativity Space's mission through operational excellence, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
This role serves as the technical lead for physical security infrastructure across Relativity Space facilities, including manufacturing sites, test locations, launch facilities, and corporate offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, hands-on installation, configuration, commissioning, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and supporting security technologies. This is a hands-on leadership role. The successful candidate is expected to install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain enterprise access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related physical security systems while leading projects and vendor partners.
About You: You have spent years in the field installing and servicing enterprise security systems. You are comfortable programming LenelS2, configuring Avigilon systems, troubleshooting access control hardware, reading wiring diagrams, terminating low-voltage cabling, working from lifts and ladders when necessary, and solving technical problems independently. While this role includes project leadership and vendor management, you are expected to remain technically hands-on.

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You possess a strong understanding of low-voltage security infrastructure, door hardware, electronic locking devices, networking fundamentals, and integrated security technologies. </li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have successfully managed complex security technology projects while remaining comfortable working in the field when operational needs require. </li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can effectively balance technical execution with strategic planning and program management. </li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You build strong partnerships across IT, Facilities, Engineering, and Operations while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.&nbsp;</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and take pride in delivering reliable, scalable, and innovative security technology solutions that protect people, assets, and critical operations.</li>
