The Launch team operates at the intersection of every major aspect of Terran R, from stages and payloads to ground systems, launch, landing, and refurbishment. The Cape is the only place where you see it all come together, offering a level of exposure and responsibility unmatched elsewhere in the program. About the Role:
As a Logistics Specialist I, you will support daily logistics operations by receiving, storing, tracking, moving, and delivering materials across site locations. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, fulfill material requests, support kitting activities, and ensure materials are available to production and operations teams when needed.

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform shipping and receiving activities, including verifying quantities, part numbers, and condition of incoming materials.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement records.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Process service and freight invoice receipts and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Move and deliver materials between site buildings, storage areas, and work centers in accordance with operational priorities.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate material locations in inventory systems and support routine inventory checks as needed.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Communicate with internal customers to provide updates on material priorities, shipment status, and operational needs.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support kitting, staging, and material preparation activities for production, maintenance, or site operations.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Follow applicable safety, handling, and housekeeping standards while performing logistics activities.</li>
</ul>
About You:
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">High school diploma, GED, or equivalent credential.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience communicating material status, shipment updates, or operational needs with internal customers or cross-functional teams.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to perform hands-on logistics work in a physically active environment, which may include lifting, carrying, moving, staging, or delivering materials.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to organize assigned tasks, adjust to changing priorities, and support multiple work requests in a warehouse, production, or operations environment.</li>
</ul>
Nice to haves but not required:
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience operating forklifts or supporting rigging activities.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Commercial Driver’s License or equivalent driving credential, if required for assigned material movement activities.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working in aerospace, manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, production, or similar operations environments.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience using ERP, WMS, inventory management, or similar material tracking systems.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience maintaining organized inventory records, storage areas, or material documentation.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience adapting to changing priorities in logistics, warehouse, production, or operations environments.</li>
</ul>
