<div><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Role:</strong></span><br><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across a broad portfolio of corporate and business functions, including Environmental Health and Safety, Security, Legal, Communications and Brand, Regulatory and Government Affairs, Strategic Affairs, Revenue Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting. This role is a critical partner to G&A business leaders, translating evolving workforce needs into thoughtful, effective recruiting strategies while delivering a high-touch candidate experience. You will join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that moves with urgency, operates with precision, and is deeply committed to attracting and closing exceptional talent.</span></div>

<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful experience supporting G&A or other corporate functions</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to lead complex, senior-level searches—Director level and above—with discretion, rigor, and a high bar for quality</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments; startup, technology, aerospace, or defense experience is a plus</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong sourcing skills and a proven ability to build targeted pipelines for hard-to-fill and highly specialized roles</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and provide thoughtful pushback when needed</span></li>
