<p>The Factory Test team is responsible for all hazardous testing in our Long Beach facilities. We use our breadth of experience and collaborative engineering approach to support everything from very large structural tests to precise valve actuation. To that end, we design, build, and operate all test assets in Long Beach from initial concept to test execution. <ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design, build, and operate pressurized cryogenic/pneumatic/hydraulic systems to support cutting-edge rocket testing. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and manage advanced data control systems for real-time monitoring and analysis. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide expert guidance to engineers on testing best practices, system capabilities, and operational limitations. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proactively identify and mitigate hazards to ensure a safe and efficient testing environment. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create, maintain, and refine test plans and procedures to drive consistent and reliable testing outcomes.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot and resolve reliability issues, improving hardware performance and test effeciency</span></li>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> High School Diploma or GED. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">3+ years of relevant technical experience, including (but not limited to): </span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with pressureized flight components </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Operating hazardous equipment with multiple sources of energy </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Building Complex Fluid-Mechanical Systems</span></li>
</ul>

<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency with Basic Office Software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Slack). </span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Associates Degree or Trade Certifications in pertinent disciplines: e.g., Aviation/Automotive Mechanic. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">In-depth knowledge and experience with test automation, data acquisition, and control systems. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of rocket engine components such as pumps, valves, regulators, check valves, as well as electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic valves, actuators, and other fluid system components. </span></li>
