Recruiters play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and placing skilled telecommunications professionals with our clients.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in connecting the right people with the right opportunities. Recruiters manage the full recruiting cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to preparing technicians for their first day on the job.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Source and attract qualified telecommunications and low-voltage technicians
- Post and manage job listings across recruiting platforms and job boards
- Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and work history
- Guide candidates through the full recruitment process including onboarding steps such as background checks and drug screens
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within our CRM (Bullhorn)
- Prepare technicians for their assignments and ensure they have all necessary information for their first day
- Maintain communication with technicians after placement to support retention and job success
- Meet or exceed company KPIs related to outreach, screenings, and placements
- Collaborate with the recruiting and account management teams to fill open customer positions quickly and efficiently

- Preferred but not required experience includes:
- Construction or skilled trades staffing
- Telecommunications or low-voltage industry experience
- Recruiting or sales experience in a high-volume environment
- Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
